Brooke has joined the Ionize team in the new role of Service Delivery Manager.  This role has a clear focus on client, delivery and customer satisfaction.  Brooke will work closely across the Ionize leadership team, ensuring every engagement runs efficiently and effectively with the client at the centre of the engagement.

The delivery of these outcomes is a natural fit for Brooke who brings exceptional expertise from recent engagements in high intensity roles.  Brooke is adept at program and project management, client engagement and delivery, talent acquisition, supported by a strong and accomplished background in human resource management.  Brooke has a demonstrated ability to work closely with clients, where satisfaction at every touch point is a key priority and where customer satisfaction and success are paramount.
