Jo leads key aspects of our corporate operations as Executive Officer and Business Operations Manager.

Jo is adept at executive coordination, ensuring the CEO and other key leaders are briefed and organised, diaries are managed, and client engagements are carefully programmed as our priority.  Jo is also instrumental in core aspects of our business operations, leading our financial management while coordinating a broad range of operations and other activities in our busy office.  Prior to joining Ionize, Jo supported several executives in one of Australia’s largest For Purpose organisations for many years and has worked in a variety of roles with Health and Natural Resource Management providers.

Jo is highly efficient, organised and professional in all dealings with staff and clients alike and brings warmth and sincerity to all her interactions. Jo’s calm, pragmatic and can-do attitude brings great value to our leadership team.
