Matthew leads the Ionize sales team, bringing with him a proven track record in business-to-business sales and market development. Matthew is a master in stakeholder engagement across all market sectors having held senior roles with small to medium cyber security providers. Matthew understands time pressures, resource limitations and the need to respond to clients effectively. He is able to quickly understand client’s needs and tailor a cyber security package that is fit for purpose, aligned to both client and Ionize values. Matthew maintains active service with the Army Reserves where he holds the rank of Captain and holds tertiary qualifications in Professional Communications, leadership, and is a Certified International Negotiator.
